I love Embassy Suites for the room sizes and Hot Breakfast. Having a fresh hot omelet every day is the highlight. The hotel is dated so there are stains, marks, wear & tear throughout the rooms. You also have to schedule room service or they will not service your room. The staff were all very nice and respectful. Also, everything we wanted to see and do was all 15 minutes away from the hotel. We had an overall good experience here. We will be back again next year.

Best mattress I've ever slept on! Refrigerators are to small for extended stay. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff was great. Housekeeping was sub par. Older hotel that has some wear and tear. Some homeless wandering around in the area. But overall I would stay here again.

I stay at this location often, on business. Overall, I enjoy an Embassy Suites and this one is no different. The rooms are great, staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is exactly what I would expect from an ES (omelet station is the best part). [If you are staying for businss on a weekend - be warned: they are usually full with families and kids in town for sports tournaments and the like. The pool area and PM reception will be crowded.] There is, however, one issue that I find quite annoying, and I'm hoping management will see it here and address it - it's fixable! At this property specifically (the only Hilton hotel where this is an issues), I have NEVER been able to check in on my Hilton app, receive my digital key, and bypass the front desk. On business, this perk is something I enjoy about Hilton because it is efficient. At this property, you are REQUIRED to check in at the front desk, and even after checking in on the app, which has a credit card on file and attached to the stay, you must still wait in line, show your ID, and swipe the card on file before being granted access to your room. I suspect this is because the hotel charges an extra $5 per night for parking. Please just add an extra $5 to the nightly rate and allow us business travelers to dispense with the hassle. By the time I get to the hotel, I'm exhausted and I just want to get to my room and relax. If you have the time and social energy for a front desk check-in, you'll be delighted with this property.

The rooms are really cool, like a little apartment. A relief from normal hotels. And the common area is spread out, and allows some privacy. Pretty neat actually. The breakfast was the best I've ever had for a free breakfast I think. The rooms weren't immaculate, and we needed sheets on the pullout, but they brought them up right away. The coffee is bad, but that's standard nowadays. I would recommend staying here for sure.

PERFECTION !!! We stayed in a Hampton inn night before last because they used to be associated with quality. But thw hostess was sullen, the room dirty, and showers cold. By contrast we were greeted warmly by Jahzay. We received our waters and choice of snacks. The room was glorious with a separate seating area, TV, and a wet bar, and bedroom with its own TV. The bathroom was accessible to both the living area and the bedroom, and the shower gloriously HOT. We enjoyed the shower before bed and again in the morning. And the breakfast offered everything your heart could desire. Amy was a warm, friendly hostess. Guadalupe made the yummiest omelet with the ingredients of my choice. The coffee was, (high praise) almost as good as our home brew. Lou and Amanda were pleasant and very attentive to our needs. The indoor pool was lovely but we didnt stay long enough to enjoy it. We were too late to enjoy the evening reception but I feel certain it was lacking nothing good. Our experience was stellar from beginning to end at checkout with the lovely Cheyenne. I will choose Embassy Suites at EVERY opportunity!

Overall, this property has a lot going for it, but the maintenance program appears to be its biggest weak point. Several small issues stood out during my stay—elevator buttons that don’t light up, remote controls that don’t respond, and an ironing board that wouldn’t fold. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they suggest a reactive rather than preventive maintenance approach. It would serve the hotel well to implement a more structured preventative maintenance plan so that minor problems are addressed before they impact the guest experience. That said, there are plenty of positives. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast service exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites properties, and this one stood out with a hot entrée of Eggs Benedict—one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had at any Embassy Suites. The staff deserves real credit for their professionalism and hospitality. When I experienced a check-in issue, they immediately offered a complimentary steak dinner to make it right, which shows a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, I’d rate this location a solid 4 out of 5. It’s a well-run hotel with excellent service and food; tightening up the maintenance program would easily bring it to a 5-star experience.

I’ve stayed here this weekend, for over 6 years and it never disappoints. The 1-bedroom suites are very spacious and perfect for longer stays (we stayed 4 nights). The breakfast is fabulous and the entire property is kept very clean. Huge shoutout to the helpful staff and front desk! The breakfast layout can get a little congested near the waffles/drinks, and I miss the old hot tub, but the overall experience is still 5-star. I wish the breakfast had hot chocolate packets in with the coffee/tea. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay overall. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the hotel itself has a specific charm. The staff was responsive and very polite. The marks against, the hot tub was cold (which on speaking with desk could have been fixed with a reset) and the steakhouse could not accept credit cards. Both of these issues could have easily been handled better with simple signage to alert the guests. I also did not find out until checkout that there was a nightly reception for guests with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Such a great perk, but unfortunately, wasn't communicated well. The staff was very receptive to feedback however, and that makes a big difference. Definitely some disappointment, but I would stay again for sure.
